1. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it to transmit harmful, unlawful or fraudulent content, or in any way that disrupts the site's operation. All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Renato Ferreira Da Purificação and may not be reproduced without written permission.

2. Ordering and Sale

Placing an order: submit your name and phone number via the order form. This constitutes an order enquiry, not yet a binding contract.

Confirmation: a member of our team will call you by telephone during working hours (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00) to confirm the order details, including delivery address, and answer any questions. The contract of sale is concluded at the point of telephone confirmation.

Pricing and currency: all prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. The price at the time of your telephone confirmation is the price you pay.

Payment: payment is collected on delivery by our courier partner. You may pay by cash or card. No payment is taken online or before delivery.

Cancellation before despatch: you may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is despatched - either during the confirmation call or by contacting us at info@ecoankle.world or +44 20 3982 5170.

3. Product Description & Disclaimer

Zorura is a food supplement. It is not a medicine. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, and no statement made about Zorura is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or health condition. Nutrient claims are authorised per ingredient under EC Regulation No 1924/2006. Individual results may vary. Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, design and branding - is the property of Renato Ferreira Da Purificação or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU). For hygiene reasons, opened food supplement packs are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the seal is broken. See our Return Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Renato Ferreira Da Purificação shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from the use of Zorura outside the stated instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body or pursue your rights through the courts of England and Wales.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
